AN INCLUSIVE AND HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE

Patients

Leeds

We provide NHS General Practice services for homeless people, people in temporary or unstable accommodation, people who have come to Leeds as refugees or seeking asylum, and to others who find it hard to access the healthcare they need.

We have an experienced and dedicated team of medical and administrative staff.

We recognise that the problems you might face are often complex, and we will work closely with you to tackle these problems and link them to other organisations that might be able to offer you help.

This website is designed to explain the wide range of services that we have to offer that may be of help to you.

We are all passionate about our work, which we base on the key principles of our motto

‘Health, Hope, Humanity.’
