This course is designed for people coping with illness (physical or mental), disability or injury & will cover a wide variety of areas, such as:
• Meaningful self-care, creating a wellness toolbox
• Explore triggers & early warning signs
• Coping with change
• Managing anxiety & depression
• Developing resilience
The benefits of this course are numerous from a greater resilience in your body, mind & emotions as well as learning more about who you are and recognising your inner resources.

This drop in is for people who need free, independent, impartial, confidential and reliable advice around a range of areas from benefits, Universal Credit, tax credits, debt, housing and homelessness and employment rights.
