These classes are aimed at giving people the confidence and skills needed to prepare healthy meals for themselves & their families. People will be given the opportunity to learn a range of dishes, understand about ingredients and how to control portion sizes.

This drop in is for people who need free, independent, impartial, confidential and reliable advice around a range of areas from benefits, Universal Credit, tax credits, debt, housing and homelessness and employment rights.
